Swensen’s Singapore Brownie Points (SG)

Yes. Celebrity Brownie has retired permanently 😭 So despite my initial reservation, here we are again. Should I, or should I not…Okay, okay. Second chance. Anyway, got voucher haha! 😁

So, here’s a special post dedicated to our beloved dessert reincarnated 🍫🍨

Since we mainly had the same dishes as our previous visit at Swensen’s Singapore, I won’t repeat myself and focus on the star and highlight of the meal: Swensen’s Singapore Brownie Points @ S$14.8.

The precise product description is: Rich and moist brownies with creamy salted butterscotch crumble ice cream, granola, sliced bananas and drizzle of marshmallow sauce. Let’s go through them 1 by 1.

There are 2 slices of triangular shaped brownie, stacked and topped with a sliced strawberry. I think it’s more…dry and dense as opposed to rich and moist. So, you definitely need to pair it with the big scoop of creamy salted butterscotch crumble ice cream.

Swensen’s Brownie Points is garnished with ~1 tablespoon of crunchy granola, dried cranberries, dried raisins, and 2 – 3 dried apricots. I find the apricots very tough & hard to chew apart, but it’s well-loved by another 😅

Bananas checked. I’m neutral to the drizzle of marshmallow sauce. I think it’s more of a texture thing, rather than taste. I thought it was some random white thick cream until I read the description again 😂

I’m not sure if we can request for a change of ice cream flavor. If yes that’ll be awesome!

Swensen’s Jurong Point ran out of salted butterscotch crumble ice cream once, and we got to try Brownie Points with Lower-Sugar Strawberry ice cream, which is awesome and less sinful 👍 Thank you Swensen’s Jurong Point! ❤
