I heard this quote: “No one is perfect. That’s why pencils have erasers.” on Love 972’s English Challenge and it stuck with me. There was another super long passage that is very meaningful as well, but…too long. And I can’t find the corresponding episode on 972 podcast.

Food for thought: Every so often we strive for excellence. Aiming for perfection. Putting in the efforts and hours towards the ultimate goal. That perfect delivery with happy stakeholders and impressed bosses. It’s a great target. However don’t let that perfection be the stumbling block to progress and action. Avoid falling into the perfection trap!
