There are a number of dishes I like at Souper Tang, like its Steamed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower and Chicken Essence and Home Braised Pork Belly in Rich Dark Sauce. However, we’re usually too full from lunch at Sushi Zento to order anything much at Souper Tang.
Hence if you have been following my food adventures, you’ll notice the stark difference in food quantity between Sushi Zento (lunch) and Souper Tang (dinner). So let’s start with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free (405) Premium Bird’s Nest 原盅极品燕窝 @ 69.9 👍 which you can choose to have it warm or cold. There’s a good amount of bird’s nest and it’s not too sweet. Looks so atas right 😍
I know I blogged about Souper Tang’s (1153) Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Shrimps 松露虾仁炒蛋 @ RM43.9 👍 before but I really like how the photos turned out this time round hahaha…so here they are again!
If you like strong flavors of Sesame Oil and Ginger, this dish is for you. (1413) Sesame Oil Ginger Wine & Herbs Chicken Mee Suah 麻油姜酒面线 @ RM29.9 👍 packs a punch, even before the ginger wine was poured in. Just imagine the kick!
But if the above is too strong for you, you can consider ordering (1419) Mee Suah with Dried Scallops & Abalone Slices 瑶柱鲍片溜面 @ RM26.9 👍 Even though it looks plain, once you stir in the fried scallops, this dish borderlines better flavorful and salty, depending on your palate.
No visit to Souper Tang is complete without having…soup 🤭 (135) Truffle Chicken Soup 黑松露鸡汤 @ RM33.9 👍 is an all-time favorite with its subtle truffle aromatics.
And being a lover of thick soups, I had to try Souper Tang’s (0062) Imperial Seafood Thick Soup 海味烧羹汤 1 人份 @ RM32.9 👍 after having their (257) Golden Fish Maw Soup 花胶金汤 @ RM59.9 previously. Do remember to request for vinegar and pepper! Delicious~
