TOP 1 Home Made Noodle 一级棒好吃面粉粿 is my favorite stall at Beauty World 美世界. There’s almost always a queue. It’s just a matter of how long do you need to wait, for their absolutely delicious bowl of noodles! ❤
TOP 1 Home Made Noodle have an extensive, highly customizable menu where they laid out the steps for you to think through, as you wait in line.
Here’s what we had:
1. Choose your noodle 选择面类: U Mian 手工幼面
2. Choose your base 选择煮法: Dry 干捞
3. Choose your main ingredient 选择主料: Meatball 肉丸
4. Choose your top up (Optional) 额外加料: None
Basically, we just went with the default. Word of caution. If your spice tolerance is low, highly recommend to ask for less chili. TOP 1 Home Made Noodle’s chili is fiery spicy (for me).
Do not be deceived by what you receive. The real goodness surfaces when everything’s mixed in 🤩 An absolutely amazing bowl of comforting noodles @ S$5! YUMMY!
